Who Am I?

Who is Sherynn Ooi?

Many of you might wonder, who is this person behind the drama? The one who's wholesale baby cloth diapers,WAHM, mother, wife, ex-single parent, ex-divorcee...blah blah blah...

Previously this introduction of myself was in www.babylandcd.com homepage but then, I think I shouldn't be bombarding a serious business website with an introduction of myself; maybe people might not find it interesting to know who am I really is. So...in the end, I decided to make myself a double expresso and get this blog up. So for those who are interested to know who I am in actual person, here it goes...

I am Sherynn (hey be serious lar!), Sherynn wasn't my given name at birth, I am actually Ooi Seow Li (黄小丽) ok...you can start laughing, my name was given to me by my very conservative parents, so that explain it. I am going to be 33yrs old this year October - I'm not a girl, not yet a woman (who am I kidding! cut it off!)

I am a mother to two lovely princess, Rachelle (12yrs old) & Xandria (4mths old). Many of you might wonder, why the BIG gap? Rachelle was from my first marriage, I married young at 20, gave birth to Rachelle at 21, then divorced at 24. If you are a single parent, please do read my articles here and here, which I wrote it when I was a divorcee & single parent back then, hope it will motivates you to move on & be strong. Good times doesn't last, so does bad times...

I was given a second chance of marriage to a wonderful man - Sam Ng two years ago and blessed with my 2nd princess. So does that satisfy your curiosity or you want to know more? Read on...;)

I've made valuable friends all over the world throughout my journey as an online seller since 8 years ago. It's definitely not a smooth sailing journey. In the midst of being a full time mom, taking care of my princess all by myself and working at the same time.

There was a few years in my life that my status fall into the category of a divorcee, single mom and a WAHM. Those times were the hardest time of my life! I'm glad I've made it through this far with the supports from loyal customers. I've manage to bring home the bacon and still standing strong to this day.

We are consider as an average income family, so it's really important for me to continue as a WAHM to help out in whichever way I could. My daily routine includes juggling between endless household chores & taking care of Xandria (which is now 4 months 3 weeks as I'm typing this). Thanks God Rachelle is a big girl now that doesn't need to be taken care of. She will be fully contended just having a pc that can go online sitting in front of her. I am sure if you are a mother yourself, you'll know what I'm trying to say so I don't need to elaborate (or complain) more.

Being a WAHM, I have to minimize my rest time and sleeping hours to make things work. I will be continuously updating all my rants and raves about my own experience of being a WAHM here in my very own blog...hope it doesn't irritate you :p

Last but not least, I'm all in to be friends to whoever who are sincere to be friends regardless of skin colors, ages etc. etc.. So do feel free to add me in Facebook or MSN.

A beautiful friendship blooms from just a single "hello"..

Cheers!~

P/S: Please support WAHM because we are mommies who works very hard trying to earn an income to support us staying at home to be there for our kids. Pls accept my greatest respect & salute to WAHM!
